MTNS 2004 -- ELECTRONIC PAPER SUBMISSION SITE
Important note:
All submitted papers must reach our server by
February 15th, 2004
Important issues
- By submitting a contribution, authors acknowledge that the paper is original
and not subject to copyright restrictions.
- All (regular and mini-symposium) papers must be registered and uploaded
electronically as a single PDF file through this paper submission site. Do
not send hard copies to the MTNS secretariat.
- To obtain high resolution pdf files, use scalable Type 1 embedded fonts.
Check which fonts are used in a PDF file by selecting File>>Document
info>>Fonts in the Acrobat Reader or Exchange. From the Font
Info window click List All Fonts. The Type column will
display whether the fonts are Type 1 or Type 3.
- There is no compulsary template for the (regular/mini
symposium) papers !!
- Page limits:
- Regular Papers: minimally 5 pages
- Mini Symposia:
- Two-page description of the theme (to be provided by the organizer)
(This description will be available in the Book of Abstracts, but
not on the CD-ROM)
- Two-page (at least) description of each of the presentations
- For the organizer: your mini symposium speakers
need the identification number of the mini symposium before they can
submit their papers, so please submit the abstract first (see Mini
Symposium submission information page).
- If your (regular or mini symposium) paper is accepted, you will be requested
to upload:
- One-page abstract (see template): for book of abstracts
- Full paper: the possibility will exist to upload an adapted version
of your paper to be included in the Proceedings CD-ROM (if no new version
is uploaded, the version used for review purposes will be used). No page
restrictions apply, but please keep the file size modest.
- In order for your paper to be included in the conference
proceedings CD-ROM, at least one of the authors of that paper must have registered
to the conference.
If for whatever reason you need to make changes to your submission, please
contact the MTNS2004 secretariat by email.
Please do not resubmit your paper !
